Qualification Pathway
- Automatic Qualifiers: South Africa and Zimbabwe (hosts).
- Top eight ODI-ranked teams (by March 2027) qualify directly.
- Remaining four spots decided via global qualification tournaments.
- Namibia, despite being co-host, must qualify through this pathway.
